Pricing

We charge £11.95 for up to 80 minutes, and additional £1.25 if the recording requires 2 CD's (standard CD's can hold 80 minutes of audio). If your recording is short (10 minutes or less), at our discretion, we may charge the lower price of £7.95.

We use a bulk rate for clients that send several tapes, and we also offer a no quibble, money-back guarantee for any client that is not completely satisfied with the results.

What you get

Our prices include first class return postage, a custom-etched 'lightscribe' CD in a slimline or 'shell' case - we also return your cassette(s) in the same package

How to order

Send us a request via our contact form, and we will send paperwork including the address to which your cassette(s) should be sent

How to pay
We accept personal or business (UK) cheques, postal orders (usually sent with cassettes), BACS or payment via Paypal. Please note LiVEWYRE is not VAT registered - businesses will not be able to claim VAT back on monies paid. These prices apply to UK only. Email us for details of worldwide services.

Terms

Whilst it is our aim to turn round recordings as quickly as possible, it may take up to 5 working days from receipt to make copies, and get them despatched. Where special custom treatment is required, additional time may be required. Please allow for postal times.

Please note, LiVEWYRE Studio may return your material uncopied if it is found to contain an offensive or obscene lyric. No charge will be made under these circumstances.

Client confidentiality is of prime importance, your files will never be made available to any third party and they will not be stored in a way that would allow any third party to have access to them. Your recordings are only on a PC whilst the recording process is ongoing.

If you would like us to keep a copy of your files for longer-term archiving, this can be done for a small fee, contact us for more details.
